My complaint:
My daughter purchased a kitten on 72520. For 650.00The seller never gave her the tracking number and won’t return her email. I have also called and emailed. They tried to sell me the same cat. I have requested a refund and nothing. I know cash app has fraud protection. And they will not help they want to close my case. They are going to continue to let them scam people. I know there is fraud protection and I want a refund ASAP. If not the complaint will go further.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund and I want these scammers stopped.
