My complaint:
I made a purchase on Wish that was never received. After multiple attempts to get my money back Wish is refusing. I contacted cash app to show them my attempts to get nearly $200 back for I received merchandise and they refuse to do so because it is over 60 days (it’s been about 70). Mind you they tell you to attempt resolution with the merchant so all the time I wasted with the merchant made

It’s absolutely ridiculous and ludacris that a company acting as a banking institution refuses to protect your money as such! Customer support is online only apparently and they only offer templated and insincere responses.
Suggested solution:
Refund my lost funds.
