My complaint:
I was trying to get a $100 refund from cash app. The person I spoke with, Bob Michael, had me download the quick support app saying the refund will be returned to my cash app. Instead of them returning the $100 they took $3000 from my account. I fought with them for 4 days to get this resolved and now Bob Michael will not answer the phone.
Suggested solution:
I want my $3100 returned!!!
