My complaint:
While trying to set up Cash App account I was defrauded of over $8000 by someone impersonating as employee of the company. Money was pulled from my account without authorization. These same people had me purchase eBaytarget cards in order for me to receive my money. I did keep the activity on my account done by them as well as phone numbers,txt msgs recordings.As a Corporation who dealings are handling the public’s money this should never happen
Suggested solution:
First foremost I should be refunded the money I've lost. There should also be an investigation launched on these impersonators so there is no one else subjected to these practices. People are struggling out here these days in money is hard to come by. Something needs to be done on Cash Apps behalf because after these people are tarnishing your brand
