My complaint:
I have been an active member of cashapp for greater than 5 years. Never had any problems until the pandemic. During the time of frequent deposits related to unemployment, my cashapp card was disabled without an explanation and I have been limited with my abilities to use the card. I’ve tried to contact them for explanation or the opportunity to open a new account. Vague to little response. Now my recent deposits won’t clear.
Suggested solution:
I want then to unlock my account or issue to be a clear understanding of why it was disabled because there isn’t an error on my behalf.
