My complaint:
Cash app will not support me in getting my refund back from Diedre Goree, whoever that is, using the name. The simply telling me best regards. I am a disabled veteran, not working and had to send my life coach $250. Her name is Diedre Goree. It did NOT make it to her. I am not sure who it made it too, but Cash App’ lackadaisical way of handling it is unset.
Suggested solution:
Cash App needs to communicate to Diedre Goree by any means necessary and have them send my $250 back or they refund my money. They also need to cancel the fraudulent account and stop them from receiving more money. I need my $250 back. At a time like this, it is not cool to tell the customer , Best Regards.
They have NO risk management in place or anyway to place.
