My complaint:
I used cashapp to purchase something online and realized it was a scam when the seller blocked me on everything I was using to contact him after I made the payment. I tried to contact cash app customer support and they don’t have a number where I can talk to a customer support representative. I followed the instructions online but they don’t even have the optionsbuttons they tell you to click. I lost $53 and they aren’t doing a single thing to resolve this.
Suggested solution:
Refund my $53 first. Then get a customer support number so that other people don’t get scammed and lose their hard earned money
