My complaint:
I’ve been robbed by Cashapp on several occasions, and their support team does nothing at all to help. This time cashapp sent $220 of my money to some person I don’t even know. I haven’t sent anything to anyone in days, and there are no corresponding transactions in my cashapp log, but the money is removed from my bank account.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back, maybe start doing business in a way that doesn't suck the life out of hard working people like me.
