My complaint:
I have reached out to cash app for assistance on regaining control of my account that was fraudulently hacked and withdrawn money, then locked me out of my account. I’ve provided all details to cash app as requested. They have had five different representatives contact me via email all asking the same questions and more but none being of any real assistance. I need to regain control of my account again and my money.
Suggested solution:
1. Contact me to discuss what happen
2.acknowledged it is being worked on
3. Assist with regaining control of my account
4. Refunding my money with fraudulently withdrawn
