My complaint:
I sent $450 dollars to a family member and it was canceled for “security reasons”. They have not returned that money to me. I also had some refund requests that totaled $160. I have received multiple overdraft fees because they didn’t return my money. It’s been well over a week since the refund was supposed to be upon completion but not. I emailed them this whole week. I’m a single parent and I have family that lives with me that depend on me.
Suggested solution:
They need to pay me all of my money back. I had to take multiple screenshots of proof. That’s the amount of transactions that they refused to return. If there is anyway I could send everything please contact me.
