My complaint:

There has been multiple charges to my cashapp account that shouldn’t have been charged. One of them is literally from a date where I was incarcerated, so it clearly is not right. This is wrong in so many ways. It’s very inconvenient, nerve wrecking and causes great amounts of stress, worry and anxiety.

Suggested solution:

I would like for my money to be returned and even be compensated for the stress and trouble it caused.
