My complaint:

My son’s account was a heck a month ago it took 3 weeks before I could talk to someone tell me it would take 10 days for the investigation I let them know his cash app name and the hackers cash at name what they had changed my son’s cash-up name to theirs 10 days later they said that they would give me a one-time payment and it was credited back to the person that had my son’s cash account change from his cash app name to hers which his check was direct deposited and they still sent it back to that same person. I had over 20 different case managers that said that was taken over the case and they was going to try to credit it at one time credit back to his old accounts which was changed to her name and still nothing has been done to this day and it’s been 6 weeks

credited my sons direct deposit payment that was credited to his cash app account from his employer back to the new cash app account that they said that he needed to create and close out the old cash app account that was hacked
