I have contacted cash app several times,provided screen shots of the name the scam artist used to transfer money to themselves,as well as via bitcoin. This has been going on since November 2020. The money I was scammed out of was from Statefarm,my apartment flooded and the money was to replace my bedroom furniture,with no money I have been forced to sleep on the floor.To this day I continue to send emails via cash app support only to receive an email stating the case has been closed as I failed to follow up.I tried calling Sutton Bank as well as filed a complaint with not only my bank but the Federal trade commission with no resolve. In Total I lost 2,498 dollars,my sister was scammed as well as the scammers somehow got into her account through my cash app as she would send money to me ,my sister lost 3,989.00 . No matter how many times I submit a support ticket I receive absolutely no help.
Cash app is a major organization which carries insurance , the company should replace the all monies taken via the site,add better security, provide lice customer service agents!!!! Do something not just meaningless emails. I provided one of many screenshots submitted to cashapp.
