My complaint:
I was corresponding with a ‘cash app’ account holder, in hopes of purchasing a mini dachshund. I was scammed out of $500. I notified cash app, had endless email exchanges, but cash app refused my claims. They would not help me in any way to retrieve my loss. My issue was swept under the rug, forgot about by them.
Suggested solution:
Refund money withdrawn from my cash app account.
