My complaint:
I am unable to send money or cash out, my account shows that I have funds but when I try to send a payment it tells me I have insufficient funds. How would I be able to fix this problem, I’ve tried linking my bank account, but it still won’t allow me to do anything.
Suggested solution:
Allow me to cash out so that I can make my payments
