My complaint:

Hello my name is Anisa R. Davis in August 2020 I completed a payment to a Miss Debbie Berry about a week later I was contacted by Miss Berry who was unable to complete retrieving her funds on a cash app card. She try to resolve herself by contacting cash app support and was not able to get a resolution that she contacted me I went into my app and canceled the payment and I’ve been working with support every since then trying to get it resolved Miss Barry at this point has no trust with Cash App and wanted to take care of this via phone as opposed to email I have been trying to resolve this through email with support personnel who refuse to outreach to Miss Berry I need to know are there any other options. I’m very disappointed that I am unable to speak to someone as opposed to going through email exchange I don’t believe this is good customer service nor professional that’s the only way I can communicate with a well-known company such as cash app is via email

It would be nice if I could talk to someone via phone I understand that my money I probably will not get it back and at this point that is not my major concern my concern is that a company that I have dealt with for the last several years I can’t talk to anyone directly.
