My complaint:
I went to pay my tree guy and it came up with his name and information, so I sent him $150 well it did not get sent to him and someone else got the money. I requested a refund and so far he has not given my money back and I know its a scammer.
Suggested solution:
To refund my $150 because I can't afford to lose the money and its the right thing to do.
