My complaint:
Someone hacked into my cash app account and sent themselves $100. This was done while my phone was in my possession and I was sleep. I do not this person and I did not authorize this transaction.I have reached out to cash app daily since this occurred and they refuse to send my money back and are treating me like I am the criminal, making it seem like it’s my fault, when I am there customer. I have never been treated like this by any company.
Suggested solution:
They should send my money back to me and apologize for the inconvenience and the bad treatment that have portrayed.
