My complaint:

I been trying to find out where my direct deposit went my bank gave me a tracking number but I can’t get a reply back from Cashapp. My direct deposit totals $8000 I have emailed and emailed I’ve called and Cashapp cs sent another email. This has been going on since Monday and I want answers like where is my funds
