My complaint:
On March 28th over 10k was stolen from Cashapp account. I contacted Support which sadly the only way to contact them. Its been the worst experience of my life communicating with Cashapp. After several days of one email a day they decided they would put the money in my old account which theyve denied access to. So as of now I have no access to the funds, Cashapp says theyre unable to provide further information and they will not transfer my funds from my old account to my new one. So here i am scammed out of my hard earned money and Zero Customer Service.
Suggested solution:
They should resolve this by simply transferring my funds from my old account to my new account. SIMPLE AS THAT
