My complaint:
I have requested several times to request approval for Bitcoin withdrawals deposits during the past month. Each time, I was told that we were unable to approve Bitcoin withdrawals deposits for your account. Without a valid reason and I can’t seem to talk to a live person to discuss the reason I am being denied.
Suggested solution:
To enable me to purchase, deposit withdrawal Bitcoin transactions to my account. I have submitted my state approved ID and submitted various financial information that was requested from me.
