My complaint:

I have been trying to get into my account).
Every time I send a email to the online support until, I get the same response back about how they want to help me get access back into my account. Then they want you to give them all this stupid information.
It doesn’t do a person any good to give them the information any ways cause they don’t know what to do with it anyways.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I think they should shut down there company personally.
But they should have it to where you can talk to some one in the support until that can handle everything not have it where you got to deal with the email support until. Then they should have a supper visor on hand to talk to at all times.
