My complaint:

I was sent $100 by my father for my birthday and haven’t been able to access my money due to a silly verification issue in which the app states sorry but we do not accept ID’s outside of the U.S. If I remember correctly HAWAII is one of the 50 states. So I emailed support and managed to get in contact with 2 people on 2 separate occasions over a course of 2 months. The first person didn’t even bother to get back to me and with the second person I received an email after 10 days stating the issue has been solved when in fact it hasn’t. And I’ve sent emails, even called their company support number now they are unresponsive and I still can not access my money, communication is poor and to top it all of they’re liars!

Just verify my account it's not difficult, I have all the necessary documents...I don't understand why y'all being extra.
