My complaint:

I sent a $200 payment to a friend jay to pay a bill for me they failed the payment but took it out of my bank. I called the next day where they told me I had to contact my bank because they didn’t get the payment so I did my bank says the original transaction was Feb 2nd and paid Feb 5th after 2 months of contacting them they say now there is nothing they can do cause it’s been over 60 days even though I called numerous times to resolve it.
