My complaint:

My Fiance I have our own cashapp accounts. I send her money, she sends me money etc. She had sent me $600.00 on March 23, 2021 for our vehicles insurance payments. It says it was posted but IT NEVER POSTED AT ALL… Now it is 30 days later and still no posting in either of our accounts nor our LINKED bank accounts. I emailed customer service and was told to send in a picture of my ID for verification, no problem. Well since then, I’ve been emailing once daily, reaching out on social media, you name it I’ve tried it. There isn’t a number to call so everything is based on email or social media.
