My complaint:
I paid to have flowers delivered to my wife. I contacted a delivery guy to make delivery. I sent $40 then was informed that nothing was delivered. The person that received the money cashed out the money and not only did they NOT deliver what I purchased but, refuse to refund my money
Suggested solution:
I just want my money back.
