My complaint:
This person has hacked a Facebook account and is soliciting money from everyone on the contacts list. he’s asking for donations via cash app. I don’t know if it’s possible to shut down their account but it would most certainly be helpful.
Suggested solution:
Shut down the scam artists cash app account.
