My complaint:
I cant even put cash on this damn app. I have to send a payment as well and its not going through even when my wifi is connected. This is bull. Im about to delete this app. Such a waste of time.
Suggested solution:
They should be more open to having a customer service line throughout the U.S. so i can actually talk to someone and get issues resolved. People also get scammed on this app too. So far i havent but i dont think i want to go forward with this app if i have to keep running in circles trying to email a cash app representative when it could take days to do that. No thank you. And yes i know cash app is owned by a different app, but its the same with them too. You can never get in touch with them.
