My complaint:

I had sent $48.00 to my son’s Cash App account that had been closed since he no longer had the same telephone number. Therefore he never received those funds I definitely never received them back. Once they were notified I gave them all requested information my son did as well. His old as well as new information. According to my son he never heard from them again requesting anything else nor gave any updates. Also no funds found their way to him unlike what they were claiming. I have gotten nothing but the run around from them I know the money was never received by my son. I have requested time time again for my $48.00 back which is due me. I live on a fixed income can use that for medications, medical bills, gas, etc. It’s ridiculous to have to babysit a company to do the right thing I can’t do it 247 as not only do I have medical issues where I have been in the hospital but I also take care of my mom who’s been in out of the hospital as well. Which all of this they have been made very well aware (my health situation as well as financial). To me this feels like theft they need to make it right.

Suggested solution:

They need to sendgive back the $48.00 to me that they should have many months ago. All I want are those funds back.
