My complaint:

Upon trying to send money to one of my it did not go thru I was then called by someone claiming to be customer service how did they know so fast and why haddent cash addressed the problem as I find now they where fully aware of the problem I didn’t lose no where near as much as some people but after lodging a complaint their telling me that my financial institution will investigate and let me know so now my bank is spending God only knows how much money to look into something that they were and are fully aware of

I received a phone similar to yours expect the person said that my account was locked due to suspicious activities. I was instructed to download an app and 2 demo transaction needed to be done and a demo transaction in BITCOIN. All but 2.18 was gone. My last email from CashApp was that they was doing a investigation but wouldn’t be in contact with me anymore.
