Complaint: CashApp won’t refund nor will they flag account

My complaint:

Sent $100 to someone for a purchase. Not only would they not refund despite the accounts being linked to bank accounts but they wouldn’t flag the account as a scammer, therefore they are facilitating scammers. It’s unconscionable.

Suggested solution:

Refund the money and or shut down the scammers account and don't allow any new accounts to be linked or established to that bank account.
