My complaint:
I ordered merchandise from Amazon on a Friday night . Realized there was an error in the address on Saturday morning . Amazon cancelled the order and sent me a detailed letter stating my card will not be charged and the order was cancelled . I contacted cash app support and requested for the pending transaction to be cancelled .Keep In mind I forwarded the letter from Amazon with the request . They kept asking me for the same information over and over . The. Had the audacity to say since the letter did not show the last four digit if my card number and amount they couldn’t unpend. I sent info verifying I used my cash app card snd I only had one Amazon transaction on my card. It doesn’t take Rickey science it’s the same transaction . You had the number to Amazon, the transaction code why wouldn’t you call to . They would not snd would not have a supervisor to call me . It’s my money and they made it clear in the letter that they did not charge my card. As soon as my money hits back on my card I am cancelling my cash app card. Customer Service Sucks for real!!!!
