Cash App complaint: Cash app will not release my funds

My complaint:

Money was sent to me Thursday August 11th 2021 approximately 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. when I was instructed to allow cash app to future stop and will not allow me to add it and then cash app asked me to make another account so there’s two accounts open the money apparently went to the first account I’m not really sure and no one at support is able to assist me or are trying to assist me.

Suggested solution:

I feel that they should resolve the situation. After making four or five contacts with the support department each different support Representatives only state the name and say the same thing over and over and no one seems to resolve it they should resolve it by contacting me by phone and say that they would cut a check and send the money to me right away wherein I can receive it in an overnight delivery or no more than 2 days today is Saturday August 14th and I still have not received my money.
