My complaint:

I’m writing to you because I sent money to a cash tag $Jerry store and haven’t received my package. I sent 2 payments first for $110 and the next was for $100. Then when I didn’t receive my package I requested a refund for both transactions. He declined them both. I need my money back it’s the last of my money that I have to feed and clothe my 2 young kids. Please help me get my money back

Suggested solution:

I’m asking you to please get my money of $210 refunded to my cash app balance? Please it’s the last of my money that I had left I need it to get through next week until I get paid again
