My complaint:
I have reached out to a cash app support rep and they have been holding my funds and telling me send them money to access my unemployment money they took over 11,000 from me and my family, I’ve been waiting for cash app to verify my account and release the unemployment money and now they have my money but not trying to finish my case and won’t give me none of my money back
Suggested solution:
I just want all the funds that belongs to me returned , any amount of unemployment money send to me I want it back so I can provide for my family , everyone suffered from this COVID-19 and now these ppl want to take our money
