My complaint:
My phone was stolen on Saturday, November 14, 2020. By the time I was able to get to another computer to cancel my card, they had locked me out of my account and email. I was unable to to report the card stolen due to not having access and they don’t have a customer service number. I worked really hard to save up that money and now all $800 is gone. I’m going to send a certified letter to open a fraud investigation case.
Suggested solution:
They should investigate my account. They should have a phone number to be contacted or an email address that doesn't need your app information in case you get locked out as I was. I want my money refunded and they should have security features in place that will flag an account wunusual activity and stop any transactions. Possibly look for names that have recently been added into the victims contacts with sudden transfers of funds within a very short timeframe.
