My complaint:
I do not have a cash app account. Someone fraudulently created an account with my identity and is trying to charge things on my credit cards through cash app. Again, I do not have an account with them. The only way to contact them is through the app. The phone number listed is voice instructions which direct you to log in to the app. I DONT HAVE THE APP OR AN ACCOUNT.
Suggested solution:
This is someone's identity and hard working income that is being accessed. Have a call in number to handle these complaints immediately. I can not even find an email to get help. I don't understand how a company with access to financial information does not have an emergency security line.
Get a phone number or email and answer someone.
