My complaint:

I was locked out of my account when I tried to update my new number I contacted cash app about it because I still had money on that account I kept emailing them they sent me and email back saying to send them some information so they can resolve it I sent the information that they needed so I can get my money back and nobody responded until a few days later asking how was me to rate the service I received and I told them I never received any help at all nobody has yet to help me or even respond to my emails as to how their going to resolve the problem and give me back my money I’m very upset and MOs definitely not pleased at all with cash app right now

Cash app closed my account and stole my unemployment benefits told me to open a new account and did it again I sent 149 email each rep sent the same generic email asking me for the same information I already provided. I want my $1700 back in unemplo money back they are the worst and hoe can they getaway with this.

I’m seriously pissed.
