My complaint:

My friend sent me $100 for bills. I used the 1-3 day transfer system. It has been more than 4 days now and the money is still not in my account. Customer service is no help and it does not give me an option to chat with anyone.

Suggested solution:

Send me my $100, I need to pay my bills. I am attaching proof that she sent it and proof that I transferred the money.
