My complaint:
Cash app allowed someone who willingly sent me Money refund the funds from their bank. They never reached out to me to let me know the person was disputing this charge, and all of a sudden I see a reverse in funds in my personal checkings account. I have tried to reach them several times, and nothing has been done to help me resolve this. I need answers on how this person can be stopped, and I can get my money back.
Suggested solution:
I just want my money back, this is not fair at all. Especially since I can't lay hands.
