My complaint:

My cash app was hacked in the middle of the night. 4K was stolen from my bank account. I have tried to use the app to contact support, I have emailed and I keep hitting a wall. I can not talk to a live person and the email I have does not work because they aren’t monitoring the email. I am a single mother with 4 kids in the time of a pandemic.
