Cash App complaint: They stole 3 stimulus payments

My complaint:

I used the account number and routing number to get my stimulus payment deposited for me and my brother one was supposed to be deposited on the 30th of April 2020 and then my brother’s was supposed to be deposited on 5133020 where is my money I need my money back that they stole from me asap

They pay me back my 2400.00 dollars
