My complaint:

I opened a cashapp account on a phone that was lost. When phone was replaced had to reopen another account not knowing you cannot sign into your account. Soon after found out an option to merge accounts. I had no bank account or cash card linked in both accounts. I have both cashtags and phone numbers, only two transfers sent to old account from 1 sender, copy of driver’s license and passport sent and will not merge accounts citing info in their system not matching sent in email response to my request to merge to access my money. Cash App still did nothing. Not even to refund money to sender when sender requested refund. This to me is nothing more than robbery. I asked to delete both accounts and did not. You can only guess when this ends and not in my favor. Cash App is the scum of all scumbags. A fraud. I will never use again.

Suggested solution:

To the least refund money to sender if they are legit since sender requested and denied.
