My complaint:
On Sept 4th I received a text message stating that my number had been removed from my cash app account! Well I did not removed my number! I attempted to go in and remove the 260.00 plus dollars but I was not able to! After work I sent an email to cash app and was told via email from cash app support to “create a new cash app account and send them the old information and the new cash app information” which I did. I was told by a rep that it’ll take 60 days “to merge the accounts”. I waited and waited and heard nothing! I sent messages thru Facebook, via email about the status of transferring the money out of old account into new account! Got an email from cash app stating “because I closed the account permanently they would have no way of resolving this and to contact local authorities and sending an email to the compliance department” which did also! If this is not handle I am going to file a lawsuit against Square inc because I’ve save all communication, etc via email and can prove what they stated to me! Put me in touch with a Live person!

I WANT MY 260.00 TRANSFER TO MY NEW CASH APP ACCOUNT! ON THURSDAY A SCAMMER CLAIMING TO BE CASH APP SUPPORT VIA A 888 NUMBER BUT I REALIZE AFTER THEM TELLING ME TO DEPOSIT MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT! NO NO HAVE OFOOF OF THAT ALSO M!
