My complaint:

I sent money to my daughters Samantha Ketchie and the money was put into an account that says Samantha Ketchie, $751, she is not able to access it, I keep getting generic messages saying they can’t refund or open account where she can get it, she’s emailed pictures of ID Social Security card and address, they told her they wouldLink the accounts and nothing was done so both of us are out of money, there’s no phone number to contact anyone other than email, we saved all the emails,
