My complaint:
On February 25, 2021 at about 11:45am I woke and checked my phone and the first thing I see are cashapp transactions that happened like a hour before I woke up, so immediately I go into the app to tty as bd block the transaction but they was already completed, so it wouldn’t let dispute them so I contacted cashapp and waited a couple days on between u found a cashapp number that I’d called and explained the situation to th iber the phone in which they was supposed to open a case up and I was supposed to hear from someone vis email which I did and they asked me for proof so I sent them everything they asked for plus screenshots of the transactions and none of those people that was in transactions was people that I know or people tat I’ve sent or received from in cashapp, so again dont know how that happened or even understand why cashapp didnt catch it, but anyway after they looked at eve fu thing I received a email saying that they know how hard it is when your account is compromised and that theyll recover my losses back into my account and it’ll take 5 to 10 business days or whatever, so I sent the email thanking them and then I only see them put $70 back into my account when there was damn near $700 missing how dare they insult my intelligence like that even though $70 is a lot of money that’s not what was stolen out of my account that account was used to withdraw from my bank account which was about $150, they sold the 1 company of stock I owned from Virgin Gskactica and at that time it worth $40, and they brought $150 more of bitcoin then withdraw all my bitcoin out of my account and I guess that smount to be around $495 worth of bitcoin at that time I have the exact amount of bitcoin that was withdrawn, then there was another $150 with drawn from buying and selling of stocks they purchased to a female cashapp its horrible I can send all the evidence I have to prove ny account was indeed hacked and Cashapp is not doing what they’re supposed to be doing about it and I worked hard for my money to just let this go I will not thst bitcoin belonged to my grandkids i was going to hold on to them for a long as possible but now what I’m losing money because they haven’t been put back unti my account and I’m in my asking for what i lost at the time it was lost when I shoukd get the value of it now especially my bitcoin, but I just want what’s rightfully mines and if I have to sue it’s not gonna be for just $700!
Suggested solution:
They need to reimbursed my money like they said they would ecet dine that was withdrawn, evry dome that was used to purchase stocks then sold the stocks and withdraw the money and all thr money that was used to purchase more bitcoin and then withdraw all of my bitcoin amounting up to almost $700 and they've gave me $70, so I want the rest $630!
