My complaint:

On 3-29-21 I received a cash app deposit in the amount of $700 and an additional $500 from the same sender to my cash app $Lt798. Upon receiving the deposit, cash app withheld and continue to withhold my funds. The issue is that the money was sent to me after a business purchase of a Saint Laurent jacket was sent to the sender . The jacket is MSRP priced at $2,690 and has been sent to the sender as of 3-30-21 and an amount of $1,200 was sent to my account. There is no way for me to reverse the order of the expensive jacket. Cash app is stating that the sender must provide his security code number (cvv) number on his card before I can receive the funds. The sender has since refused to send the requisite cvv code. That’s not my issue. I need my money and the sender shall be restricted from using cash app for his failure to comply. I need my money, otherwise I will pursue litigation against cash app. Provided I have done nothing wrong

Suggested solution:

Release $1,200 into my cash app immediately. Otherwise a legal challenge will be inevitable.
