My complaint:
Client sent me $100. I never received it. I sent cash app proof of the deposit, a photo from the client showing his payment had gone through and was accepted.
Cash app closed my account without my approval, and told me to open a new one with a different email and cash tag. I did that, but when linking my bank info, it would no longer accept by debit card number, nor any accounts from Bank of America!
I spoke with cash app help for days and days, and I still don’t have the money.
Suggested solution:
By looking in my now (old account) and finding a way to pay me the $100.
