My complaint:
After not having my phone in my possession for over a week during that time charges were made on my cash app account in two separate installments the first on for $130.00 and the second for $510.00. I never approved these purchases being that the device that has cash app on it was no longer in my possession. I contacted cash app and asked them to open an investigation. They did and as quickly as they opened it they closed it without asking or seeking information from me. Both of these payments are unauthorized. Whoever the payment went out to was never in my contacts and I have no idea who they are.
Suggested solution:
They should look and see that they we’re never in my contacts prior to all of this and they should refund my money back to my account.
