My complaint:
I recently purchased a new phone with a new company so I could not keep the same number. With that being said, my old number is associated with my old cash app account so I could not retrieve my money that was sent to that account from a friend. I reached out to cash app and provided them with all the information they asked for so they could help me access my previous account using my new phone number. They told me it was nothing they could do after giving them my information and now whomever gets my old number has free money and they are okay with it.
Suggested solution:
They should help me be able to access my old account like they said they would or at the very least allow me to log in so I can retrieve the funds that were sent to ME!
